Belong Groups are different from your church small groups because we place emphasis on both growth in Christ and transformation of your work-life and workplace. These groups are also great places to meet other professionals who attend different churches here in Richmond.

Before joining a group we recommend everyone consider the following:
Available – Are you able to commit to meeting regularly, although the duration of our groups is flexible.
Willing - Are you willing to be vulnerable with others and explore understanding of how God affects your work and work-life?
Ready - Are you ready to pursue lasting personal change and increase your kingdom impact?

Some of our groups like our Industry based groups or Young Professionals are open. However, other groups like our CEO groups are uniquely tailored to individual stages of life, affinity, and shared profession. For that reason, those groups are not ‘open’ to visit.
