Needle's Eye is a community here in Richmond for professionals and business owners who want to connect their faith with what they do Monday through Friday. The events are designed to be low-pressure starting points. You don't need to know anyone, have it figured out, or commit to anything.

Here's what you can expect:

• Welcoming, down-to-earth crowd. People come from every industry, from corporate leaders to creatives to people just starting their careers. Newcomers and longtime members mix easily.

• Real conversation. The gatherings focus on building authentic relationships and talking honestly about how faith shows up at work: purpose, leadership, influence, and the everyday grind.

• Good food. Our monthly lunch connects are a relaxed midday break with a meal (including gluten-free and vegetarian options) and a little mid-week encouragement.

• An open door. You're welcome to come on your own or bring a coworker or friend. There's also a café and coworking space if you'd like to stop in and get a feel for the place first.
