Your generosity changes Monday.

"Needle's Eye has been instrumental in my life! It provides me a community of individuals that supports me spiritually and emotionally. This ministry group has supported me through two cancer diagnoses. I am so appreciative of all of the staff members that create these amazing, engaging activities for the group. The time, effort and the attention to detail put into everything Needle's Eye does for the community is phenomenal. I am so proud to be part of the ministry!"

“Our CPG has been a lifeline for me. The business ups and downs of the past eight years have been challenging, and I simply could not have navigated these issues or handled the stress and pressure without the wisdom and support of my CPG brothers. My hope is that the other guys in my group feel just as blessed as I do from being involved in this critically important ministry. I joyfully support Needle’s Eye financially, and hope that others get blessed, too."

“I really value sitting down with other Christians in my profession to look at God's Word and talk about how we can apply it to what we do in the workplace. It's fantastic. One thing that was always missing from my career was connecting with other believers in the workplace. I thought it was taboo until I started to express my faith and realized others were right there with me. These small groups have been instrumental in my faith journey. To come together with other professionals and see how God is at work in our work is just terrific. I encourage others to give small groups a try-it's a wonderful time.”

“I believe in what Needle’s Eye is doing to help us all understand our role in taking Christ to the front lines of where we live and work.  We are all out here working with real people, with real emotions and real struggles.  We have to trust the Lord as individuals to show us how to stay connected and let Him influence us with the person in the office next door.  We need the Lord to help us see that the field is ripe for harvest, because my coworkers need Jesus.  They need what He has.”

“My ministry now is my work in financial consulting. One of the things I struggled with was embracing the transition from traditional ministry to now being an independent consultant. I understood my identity as a Christian in my role in the church, but not as clearly in my work in the marketplace. Coming to Needle’s Eye and seeing and hearing from people like me was impactful and encouraging.”

“Where do you go to talk about a work issue so that you can have a Christ response to a situation at work instead of a corporate response? I see people at Needle’s Eye events & they are energized by this kind of conversation, where you can be very vulnerable & someone can receive and reciprocate or just be a good listener. I feel like I can have a deeper conversation with someone at work that is curious versus clock out & disconnect from the job–I never clock out as a believer.”

“It is encouraging to meet people at Needle’s Eye events who are in other industries. It helps me reframe what I do on a day-to-day basis & align that with God’s vision for His Kingdom. A lot of my students--a lot of this generation--is very ‘me’ focused. There is so much conversation around identity with kids and teens now, which is not always bad, but there is so much space for me to help reorient their brains to be more ‘others’ focused, which is very central to the Gospel.”
