Needle’s Eye is a Christian faith-at-work community serving professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs, and leaders throughout Richmond, Virginia.
Our ministry is built around three intentional pathways:
CONNECT
Discover a welcoming entry point into the Needle’s Eye community. Grab coffee in our Café, join a Lunch Connect, or attend one of our other signature events designed to spark authentic relationships and meaningful conversations about faith in the workplace.
BELONG
Grow deeper in community through intentional belong groups. These groups are a place for:
Connection: real friendships with people who share your faith and your season of life
Growth: space to study God's Word and apply it to your everyday life

Who is Needle’s Eye?
Needle’s Eye is an interdenominational Christian ministry in Richmond, Virginia, that exists to present Jesus Christ to the Greater Richmond business and professional community.
We are dedicated to helping working and retired professionals integrate their Christian faith into their day to day lives.
Our community is a place for meaningful connection, where individuals can deepen their relationship with Christ and learn how to boldly live out their faith at work.

Ever feel like your Monday through Friday is just a repetitive grind? It’s easy to get caught up in deadlines and lose sight of the bigger picture. Join us for a NEM Lunch Connect. It’s a great chance to pause, reset, and explore how our daily jobs connect to a higher purpose and calling. Plus, the food is great, you can step away from the desk, and get a little mid-week encouragement with some down-to-earth people.
