Grow deeper in community through a monthly small group. From industry-specific groups and Corporate Faith @ Work groups to CEO groups, men's and women's groups, young professionals, Second Half (retired men), and church partner groups, you'll find a place to be known, encouraged, and challenged.
TRANSFORM
Take the next step in integrating your faith and work. Through workshops we equip professionals to become Christ-centered leaders who influence their workplaces, companies, and communities for God's Kingdom.
Who is Needle’s Eye?
Needle’s Eye is an interdenominational Christian ministry in Richmond, Virginia, that exists to present Jesus Christ to the Greater Richmond business and professional community.
We are dedicated to helping working and retired professionals integrate their Christian faith into their day to day lives.
Our community is a place for meaningful connection, where individuals can deepen their relationship with Christ and learn how to boldly live out their faith at work.

Ever feel like your Monday through Friday is just a repetitive grind? It’s easy to get caught up in deadlines and lose sight of the bigger picture. Join us for a Faith @ Work Lunch. It’s a great chance to pause, reset, and explore how our daily jobs connect to a higher purpose and calling. Plus, the food is great, you can step away from the desk, and get a little mid-week encouragement with some down-to-earth people.
