InfluencHer

Connect with authentic women passionate about faith and work.

Faith. Friendship. Purpose.

Life and leadership can be incredibly rewarding—but they can also be lonely. Whether you're leading a team, growing your career, running a business, balancing family and work, or simply discerning what God has next, you were never meant to do it alone.

The Professional Women's Community at Needle's Eye is a welcoming space where women from across Richmond's business and professional community come together to encourage one another, build authentic relationships, and discover what it means to integrate faith and work.

Together, we'll have honest conversations about leadership, purpose, calling, and the everyday challenges of work. We'll learn from one another, pray together, celebrate wins, navigate setbacks, and encourage each other to become the women God has called us to be—in our workplaces, our homes, our churches, and our community.

Whether you've been walking with Christ for years or you're simply curious about what it looks like to live out your faith in the workplace, you'll find a community that is genuine, welcoming, and eager to walk alongside you.

Professional women belong here.
