At the InfluencHer cohort gathering, we explored the theme of renewing our passion for faith and work.

Angie Grant, a spiritual leader who knows firsthand the toll that burnout and spiritual dryness can take, shared her story at the InfluencHer event. In our recent Pressure Points cohort session, our Heads of School cohort reflected on rising student anxiety and the cultural forces behind it—from technology to well-meaning overprotection. Together, we asked: How do we model peace and resilience in our roles? Drawing on Scripture and resources like Bad Therapy by Abigail Shrier, we explored how to support students wisely—equipping them with faith, emotional strength, and hope in Christ.
