A Prayerful Welcome: Lee Mitchell Named Executive Director

Dear Friends, Supporters, and Members of the Needles Eye Family,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, it is my joy and privilege to announce that after much prayer, deliberation, and discernment, we have selected Lee Mitchell as the new Executive Director of Needles Eye.

From the beginning of this search process, our desire has been to find a leader whose faith, character, and calling align deeply with the mission and biblical values that have shaped this ministry since its founding. We firmly believe that the Lord has led us to the right shepherd for this new season.

Lee brings not only extensive leadership experience, but also a heart that is unwaveringly committed to uncompromising Christian principles—including the authority and inerrancy of Scripture, the courage to stand firm on biblical truths, and the conviction that reconciliation with Jesus is available to all who repent and believe.

Throughout Lee's career, he has demonstrated integrity, humility, and a steadfast dedication to serving God’s people.

Over the coming weeks, Lee will be meeting with staff, community partners, and supporters to listen, learn, and pray about how God is leading us collectively into the future. We are confident that under Lee's leadership, Needles Eye will continue to stand firm in biblical truth while expanding our impact for the glory of God.

We ask you to join us in warmly welcoming Lee and in praying for him as he steps into this important role. May the Lord grant wisdom, courage, and an overflowing measure of His grace as we continue our mission together.
