At Needle’s Eye, events are a core part of our ministry and a great way to connect with others in the RVA community, whether you’re part of a cohort or just starting to explore what we’re all about.

Faith & Work Lunches

We host monthly Faith & Work Lunches that are open to all and completely free — an easy, no-pressure way to meet others and learn more about our work. These lunches are a fantastic starting point, and you’re welcome to bring a coworker or friend, or come solo.

Typically held on the first Friday of every month from 12 – 1 PM, we can’t wait to meet you or see you again! Your presence is what makes our community thrive.

Winter Workdays

Looking for a midweek rhythm that restores rather than drains? This winter, we’re piloting Winter Workdays—a simple way to work alongside others, pause for prayer, and find refreshment in community. Come and go as you’re able, no registration needed.
