It can be difficult to find your people when you are passionate about work and following Christ. You are not alone on the faith & work journey! There is a place for you in the Needle’s Eye community. We strive to reflect the kingdom of God in that we are multi-generational, multi-ethnic and represent every area of the marketplace. Needle’s Eye events like Spiritual Shots and Faith & Work Fridays are your opportunity to grow alongside other like-minded workplace Christians.

They understand the unique challenges and opportunities of being a Christian that you face, because they work in your industry or share your profession. Join a cohort to meet other believers in your field, grow deep relationships with peers, and experience meaningful discussions and speakers about following Jesus in the big picture and the day-to-day of your work.

Needle’s Eye is a Faith & Work Community based in Richmond, Virginia. As a part of our community, you can connect with other Christians who are passionate about their work, be inspired by stories and discussions at the intersection of faith and work, and get equipped through the movement of your purpose, identity and influence. We are committed to walk the narrow path of following Christ and partnering with Him in the redemption of all things by transforming our work lives and transforming our workplaces.

Our staff at Needle’s Eye are passionate about embodying the vision and values of our faith and work community. “If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be? But in fact God has placed the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be.
