Last week for the first time, we “set the table” for Needle’s Eye Cohort Leaders to connect, unite around the mission and spend time in prayer for their cohorts!
This was a great time for everyone to get on the same page about why Cohorts are a strategic part of our Mission here at Needle’s Eye and how we work together to fulfill this mission to:
…build a community that connects marketplace people to lifechanging faith in Jesus—encouraging and discipling them to impact their workplaces and metro Richmond with His values, ethics and love.
Cohorts are a way to not only connect to others living out faith in your sector, but also to envision together what it means to co-labor with God to bring his “Kingdom come on Earth as it is in Heaven.”
