Looking for a small group that can provide community, encouragement, and spiritual growth?

We have a number of Young Professionals (20s and 30s) small groups you may want to try.

We also have small groups for Prime Professionals (those in their late 30s-40s who are looking to increase and leverage their influence for the Kingdom of God).

Additionally, we are launching a few lunchtime small groups near Willow Lawn and Innsbrook that might fit your schedule.  These will be focused on definitive takeaways you can bring back to your work and home lives and aren’t exclusively be for young people.

Looking for a mentor who can help you grow personally, professionally, and spiritually?

Check out our mentoring program.  We also regularly have speaker events where leaders from around Richmond share wisdom and advice from their lives and careers.

Looking for a new job or want to see what's out there?

Check out Career Concourse, developed by a Richmond-based firm and graciously offered to Needle’s Eye members for free use.  We’d also encourage you to consider joining our Career Development Workshop for definitive training in moving your career forward from experienced HR professionals.

Interested in the events focused on community and/or professional development?

Join our Facebook pages for Young Professionals and Prime Professionals and/or our mailing list to hear about all the upcoming events.  We also have an annual Young Professionals Retreat focused on practical and relevant ways to grow your relationship with God and others.

Want to connect with someone personally to hear more about us or to share more of your story?

One of Jordan Maroon's (our Director of Small Groups and Operations) favorite things to do is connect with new people and support you however he can in terms of helping you find community, grow your career, navigate difficult relationships, and connect with God.
