About the Leaders:
Joshua Croft was introduced to Prime Professionals in 2017. Being actively involved in workplace and recreational ministry, Joshua’s passion is to connect the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. His move to Richmond in 2010 was largely motivated by his love for photography and live music, specifically the underground metal scene. Joshua has a heart for those on the fringe of society. You’ll often find him at a metal concert in deep conversation. He looks forward to going deep with those in the prime of their careers through Needle’s Eye Ministries.
Jennifer Jones has been a nurse for 18 years, currently on an acute care surgical unit. She also has experience in women’s discipleship and Biblical counseling. Jennifer first connected to Needle’s Eye in 2014 through Spiritual Shots. From there she got involved in the Young Professionals Ministry. Now a Prime Professional, and energized from the Gospel At Work conference that came to Richmond in 2016, Jennifer excitedly co-leads this group and can’t wait to see how God uses the Prime Professionals Ministry for community and discipleship.
Aimee Liddell was first introduced to Needle’s Eye in 2015 by a former co-worker who was involved with the Young Professionals Ministry. In early 2016, she became more involved with a YP small group, but always felt the desire to be in community with people in their 30s and 40s. Later that year, Aimee was informed that a group for Prime Professionals was forming and got involved right away. Now she is honored and thrilled to serve as a co-leader, and can’t wait to see how God moves in the lives of her peers through this ministry.
